I was left in a tight spot this week with some work I had going on in my power room. Virgil came to the my rescue and in just 3 1/2 short hours did the following: installed knobs, hung a mirror, installed a new toilet paper roll, fixed a leak in my bathtub, fixed a leak in my daughters bathroom, repaired daughters toilet, replaced a knob in my bathroom, repaired our dog door AND could do so much more!

I moved into a spec home and contracted with Virgil Troutman to make several improvements to the property including: install brick patio, replace kitchen sink and faucet, replace several light fixtures, install under cabinet lighting in kitchen, and install hardware on all cabinets. Virgil completed the work on schedule as promised and did an amazing job! The work Virgil does is high quality and you can count on him. The price was very reasonable for the amount and quality of work done. I was hesitant about engaging in a time and materials deal instead of a fixed quote, but the final price was what I expected with a few extras thrown in. I’ve trusted Virgil with multiple projects at KPI and all have turned up top notch. He designed our Video Conference room, installed equipment and flat panel monitor and we have gotten numerous compliments on the look of the install. The install was not easy due to the nature of the space where the TV had to be mounted (in a corner). He has also done a fabulous job with the painting in the conference room which gave it a whole new look and feel. When I decided to sell my home, I needed to be out quickly by a certain date. I met with multiple contractors, and by the time the other contractors presented their initial bid, Virgil with Class Act Renovators had already done that plus had already picked out materials and was ready to go.
